INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix all ingredients on medium high speed with a paddle for 10 minutes. Should have a rubbery consistency.
Place on a floured pan and cover dough with flour. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Roll dough to approximately 5/8” thick. Brush off all flour and brush with oil and sprinkle with sugar.
Cut dough in ¼” by 3”.
Twist dough like a bow tie.
Sprinkle with granulated sugar to cover top (optional)
Bake at 350 degrees until crispy (approximately 25 minutes).
